Frequently asked questions
How fast do you reply?
Within 1 hour during office hours: Monday to Friday 9:00–21:00 and Saturday and Sunday 10:00–18:00 (Spanish time). Messages sent outside these hours are answered as soon as the office opens.
Do I need to visit an office?
No. Everything works online. Send scans or phone photos of your documents, and the signed translation arrives as a PDF. Paper copies go by courier if your office needs them. See how it works.
Can I get help in my own language?
Yes. We reply in English or Spanish. Arabic- and Chinese-speaking support is available by WhatsApp and email, and WeChat is available on request.
Where can I see your prices?
Prices start from €29 per certificate; see our sworn translation prices. These are starting prices. For your final price, send your details through the quote form. We email you a written quotation, and work starts only after you approve it.
Every order includes a free, prioritised re-issue if rejected on formal grounds. We only translate. We never sell appointments.
